The I Don't Know MC started out as a group of Long Island New York Men and Women who road Motorcycle's doing things to help out those on Long Island in need. When people would ask them what the name of there Club was the answer was always "I Don't Know", Well the name Stuck and the I Don't Know MC was born. Ironically over 14 years later it would be hard to find anyone on Long Island who rides a Motorcycle that Does not know them!!!
The I Don't Know MC known the most for their Annual Turkey Run, This event after only 11 years usually brings in close to 1000 Motorcyclists from all over the L.I. area. This year again the event was a huge success! Many Motorcyclists braved the cold weather and road out to attend this annual event that brings together Bikers from all walks of the Motorcycle Community.
The sign up was at SKF Motorcycle Super Market located at 1915 Lakeland Ave in Ronkonkoma, those in attendance donated money or a frozen Turkey.After the sign up Motorcyclist road together over to the St. John of God outreach center located in Central Islip where There was a Bike Blessing and the Turkeys were donated for the less fortunate on L.I. to enjoy on Thanksgiving Day.
Everyone then road to the end site where they where treated to a feast and live music by Joe Rock and the all Stars. Trophies where given out to the best rep-ed AMA and Non-AMA Clubs and a Huge Trophy was given to the person who Donated the largest Turkey!
After many years I think its safe to say we all Know who puts on Long Islands Best Turkey Run!!!
